Aquilis was established in 2006 and is a team of qualified counsellors / psychotherapists who came together initially to provide counselling for the staff of Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. As our strong reputation spread, we worked with more people and now offer counselling to the general public and to external organisations. In more recent times we have made the decision to focus on working with PHU members of staff and renal clients only.

All counsellors are fully qualified & have a range of therapeutic techniques with a flexible approach. We work in a variety of ways which offer flexibility to our clients. We have a good knowledge of local support and resources.

Our counselling is confidential and non-judgmental. We all work with warmth and empathy to help you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings & options.

We each work in an integrative way which means we weave together our various trainings and experience to provide an approach which is flexible and meets the need of the individual client.
