Our counselling is confidential and non-judgmental and we all work with warmth and empathy to help you get where you want to be.

We each work in an integrative way which means we weave together our various trainings and experience to provide an approach which is flexible and meets the need of the individual client.

How counselling can help you

Counselling gives you space to explore what is going on in a confidential and safe environment and can help you find your own inner resources to deal with issues. Counselling can allow space to understand why you feel and behave the way you do, and what impact this may have on you and those around you. It can relieve emotional pain and resolve past traumas, or enable you to change unhelpful behaviours. It can help you to lift depression, relax, let go, grieve, communicate better in relationships, and feel better about yourself.

Counselling has proved effective for a wide range of issues from severe depression to work stress.


If you are happy with our service, then please tell others. However if you are not happy please tell us so we can try to resolve the problem. If we cannot resolve a problem the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy has a complaints procedure.
