Our approach

We are integrative therapists coming from a humanistic/person centred core. This means that we believe you have the resources available to achieve your goals - we will act as one of those resources. Our counselling is confidential and non-judgmental and we all work with warmth and empathy to help you get where you want to be.

How counselling can help you

Counselling gives you space to explore what is going on in a confidential and safe environment and can help you find your own inner resources to deal with issues. Counselling can allow space to understand why you feel and behave the way you do, and what impact this may have on you and those around you. It can relieve emotional pain and resolve past traumas, or enable you to change unhelpful behaviours. It can help you to lift depression, relax, let go, grieve, communicate better in relationships, and feel better about yourself.

Effectiveness of counselling

Counselling has proved effective for a wide range of issues from severe depression to work stress. From our end of counselling survey feedback, 92% of clients said that they thought the counselling was 'very good' or 'excellent'. 100% would recommend it to a colleague.
